Request an Estimate for your specific needs
We accept payments by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal check, company check, cashiers check, money order.
Please note, all references to prices and instant quotes are a guide only. Before you contract our services, we will provide you with a binding estimate of services provided and payment plan. This estimate reflects the ACTUAL COST to you, unless explicitly stated. Even if the hours required to finish the project go over the estimate you will NOT be billed for the overage. You are only billed in excess of this in the maintenance phase after your final free revision, not the during the design phase.
Most projects will require an agreement on cost prior to work being started, but you will be billed upon completion. Some larger projects may require half of the agreed price prior to work started, then you will be billed for the remainder upon completion.
Except for work that is bound by an estimate, actual billing rate for all services is $60 per hour, billed at $1 a minute - that's $60 per hour charge exactly to the minute, no minimums! All of these prices are one-time costs, no subscription costs are necessary. Initial setup costs can qualify to be split up and paid over a period of up to 6 months if desired.
Project Timeline:
- You provide information about your needs using our Brain Storm Form.
- We provide an estimate. You can accept this proposal and will not be billed over this amount.
- We work with you in the design phase to create a working shell for your project. You sign off on the specifics in the design phase.
- The project takes shape as we implement this design, fill in content and.
- You work with us to test and proof your project, then sign off on the entire project.
- If you are in need of ongoing regular or periodic maintenance, we can provide that after the completion of your project.
