Dr. Patricia Ann Solis
is a nationally certified, award winning grant writer, administrator, evaluator and researcher specializing in rural community development, environmental issues, and international-intercultural affairs. Having won more than $3 million in grants and administered projects in excess of $4 million, Dr. Solis possesses experience in many aspects of grant making.

Since 1994, she has worked for a variety of organizations from university institutes to local municipal government. Her list of awarded grants include corporate, foundation, state and federal sources such as the Ford Foundation, various state block grant programs, and the Department of Transportation.
