	Dr. Patricia Ann Solis	Dr. Patricia Ann Solis is a nationally certified, award winning grant writer, administrator, evaluator and researcher specializing in rural community development, environmental issues, and international-intercultural affairs. Having won more than $3 million in grants and administered projects in excess of $4 million, Dr. Solis possesses experience in many aspects of grant making.
	employment experience	Since 1994, she has worked for a variety of organizations from university institutes to local municipal government. Her list of awarded grants include corporate, foundation, state and federal sources such as the Ford Foundation, various state block grant programs, and the Department of Transportation.
	consulting services	Beginning in 1996, Dr. Solis has also provided consulting services to local non-profit organizations, community service providers, entrepreneurs, and educational institutions. Her services include project development, funding source searches, needs-assessment, as well as grant writing and editing.
	evaluation services	She has evaluated projects for local community non-profits and national foundations and programs for state and federal agencies. Grant makers include the State of Kansas, the Kellogg Foundation, the Federal State Department and the National Science Foundation.
